What’s the best way to look after my jewellery?

Our jewellery is of the highest quality however like all precious things you do need to look after it to prevent it from damage.  We understand you’re not an expert but to help you, we’ve put together a list of do’s and don’ts.  Have a look at our care page, it details everything you need to know so you can love your jewellery for longer.

What are your products made of?

To avoid confusion, every product has a full product description which includes the material our products are made from.

Do you have a retail shop?

No, we don’t however we do have lots of concessions that stock our products and we also attend some boutique markets across the south.  If you have a look at our where to find us page, it will list all our stockists and where you can find our products.


What are my Delivery options?

We currently send all our deliveries with Royal mail.  We recommend all deliveries are sent first class recorded delivery however we do also other a standard first class delivery service too.  You can select your choice when you get to the shopping basket.

I’ve placed an order.  How long will it take to reach me?

Your delivery should be with you within 3 days of purchase however if you are hurry or experiencing difficulties, please contact us further.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes of course you can.  We understand that it might be necessary to return or exchange your purchase, all we ask is that you notify us within 30 days of purchase.  Just email us on or contact us via our website including details of item purchased, date, and reason for return and we will help however we can.


Do I need an account to order?

No, you don’t.  You can order as a guest but it does make it easier and quicker for you when you repeat order.  For your peace of mind, our website is secure and whilst we will store your account details we do not store payment details.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, you can.  You can call us on 0845 070 3823 and one of our team will be happy to help.

Can I add something to my order?

Yes of course you can.  We’ve all pressed proceed to earlier at some point!  Contact us via the website or via email, and we can amend your order for you.

How do I pay for an item?

For your convenience and ease, we accept all credit or debit cards.  Simply enter your card details into the payment page and hit ‘proceed’.  Our payment portal will do the rest!
